Our schedule is tailored based on client feedback. With over 20 time slots to choose from, our goal is to be flexible and meet the needs of all who are ready to start their wellness journey and get their sweat on!

Group Classes Descriptions


The Barre class utilizes a ballet barre for support as participants engage in a dynamic, full-body workout. Employing high repetitions of low-impact movements inspired by ballet, Pilates, and yoga, this class progressively strengthens and sculpts major muscle groups. Open to all fitness levels, Barre fosters improved flexibility, endurance, and core strength.

Floor Pilates

Our Floor Pilates class offers a dynamic mat-based workout designed to strengthen and sculpt the core. Employing controlled, low-impact movements that utilize your bodyweight, this class progressively builds strength, improves flexibility, and enhances body awareness. Inspired by classical Pilates techniques, this practice is suitable for all fitness levels and offers a challenging yet rewarding experience, promoting a longer, leaner, and more invigorated physique.

Fusion Flow

Our Fusion Flow class provides a dynamic, multi-disciplinary workout experience. This innovative program seamlessly integrates elements of yoga, barre, and Pilates, offering a holistic approach to fitness. The class incorporates flowing yoga postures for flexibility and balance, high-repetition, low-impact barre exercises at the barre for targeted muscle sculpting, and core-strengthening Pilates movements on the mat for stability and strength. Restorative Yoga
