Jen

Jen has an unwavering commitment to the teachings of yoga that she infuses into every aspect of her daily life. Having dealt with an overactive mind for most of her life, Jen found immediate peace, strength, belonging, and self-discovery during her first yoga class in 2017. From there she decided to take the leap and invest in her passion, traveling to Goa, India in 2023 to obtain her 200-hour yoga teacher training certification.

She has now found her home at Brea Yoga and strives to craft a welcoming and serene environment where anyone, regardless of where they may be at in their journey, can experience yoga’s healing effects. She finds fulfillment in guiding students to mindfully slow down, experience the present moment, and strengthen the mind and body connection. Through cultivating intentional breath, Jen’s classes are focused on learning how to navigate the ups, downs and everything in between on this journey of life.
